The more I think about it, the more I wonder they're all in it together. Surely Williams would walk and save himself further embrassment?

At the very least Williams should tender his resignation. If he has the clubs best intentions at heart he should realise he cannot cut it at the moment.

Nothing looks like changing.  May as well give someone else a go for the last dozen or so games of the season to see if anything changes

Williams:
- Difficult to swallow. Impossible to deal with it straight away. Too difficult
- Mentality again. We dont mark in the box. Lose concentration
- Two crosses. Dont mark and concede twice.
- Score equailser and so negative and defend too deep.
- Irretrievable if you don't try and push the players
- Not quitting.
- Have we got enough men in the changing room? Yes, if they step up
- They put a lot of pressure on us. Dabo not exposed to that before. With a young player always a chance that they can buckle. Know he is good, but too much of a risk to leave him on. Didnt do it earlier as it would be too damaging. Also giving him a chance to put it right
- Brophy needs to do that more often. Can run with the ball well. Need more of it.
- Gladwin. Has tremendous talent. He is fighting and giving everything. I can suffer the odd bad game. Ben loves this club and is trying his best.
- Dressing room is devastated.
- Need to dust ourselves down and go again on saturday
- Fine line between shuffling and building understanding
- Dion showed good defensive qualities & calmness on the ball in last
- Hylton. No player is happy to not be in the team. Brought extra player tonight like they had in other games. Hylton did leave early. Williams says thats not acceptable. We will sort it out in house.
 - Williams will keep doing the job he is employed to do.

Power will surely now realise Williams cannot carry on with any sort of faith or support from the fans. Surely.

Call it a fucking day and get an actual manager who wants to be there instead of a coach to try and do a job he was clearly not up to months ago (and didn't want).

For fuck sake it's beyond a joke. 4 points adrift.

Seriously? What a fucking prick.

Maybe so. But signs of an unhappy dressing room and lack of confidence in Williams ability.

If you're gonna pull that kind of stunt as a 24 year old League One striker, you need a better goalscoring record than 1 goal in 46 appearances.

He has lost the dressing room it would seem - with no leader on the field he has a serious problem in any event, but if the dressing room is split makes it impossible for him.  Power has to act surely?

It's okay folks, we'll be ready to go again on Saturday, as clearly we're suddenly going to be so much better mentally.

4 points adrift of Port Vale who have 2 games in hand.

Williams thinks he's doing his job?!  Seriously, why would you want to stay in a job where you're failing so miserably? It can't just be about his wages?

I feel that the only reason I'll attend on Saturday is to make my feelings on the current situation known. That's not support in the slightest,  but I honestly can't support this utter joke of a set up any longer.

Don't agree with a player stropping off, but you have to wonder how well the situation was dealt with by Williams.

It's as dire as it gets at the moment.

And players?
Indeed.

Game over I think. No manager can stay when the dressing room has had enough (though I have to say it's hilarious from Hylton considering he's achieved nothing, even if he should be playing).

Impossible to deal with straight away - Its your fucking job!
Not marking in the box has nothing to do with mentality. Its players not fucking doing there job. As a manager you should be fucking screaming at them at every set piece they don't mark.
Score equaliser and so negative - it was only 60 bloody seconds not enough time for us to be negative!
Gladwin trying his best - well his best clearly isn't fucking good enough!
Dust ourselves down and go again and try to lose another game
Why the fuck play Dion out of position, again another clueless fucking decision.

Whilst I don't agree with Hylton's actions I can completely understand his frustration. How can you score 4 goals in 45mins (ableit for reserves) and then not even be good enough for the bench 7 days later but yet Rodgers and Thomas are?

Power fuckinrb put Williams out of his misery, its already too late to save the season. This was the important month and you've done fuck all
