I have a valid MS Office 2007 Enterprise disc and key that I want to install onto my son's laptop. Unfortunately he has no dvd drive on his laptop.

I looked on Microsoft.com and found a Office 2007 dowload link. It won't let me download with the key that I have. I assu,e that's because it is not valid for download.

How can I use the disc to get it onto his laptop?

External CD drive?
Copy CD to bootable flash?

Not sure tbh, that's what I'd google.

Would it still work if it's copied? A lot of software doesn't.

You should be able to download it here using your office key:

Yes Office installs fine from USB with just all the install files copied onto it.
