I went to Berlin in March which was great. Plenty to do and see and you'll be plenty warm with a jumper.

Dubrovnik could be decent at that time year and off season as well.

Ljubljana was very good value, but might not be the case since they adopted the Euro. Not sure it's been discovered by Brit Stag & Hen Parties yet, which can only be a good thing.

Budapest also recommend.

Berlin was very good when I went in November, albeit a bit cold!

Just got back from Bratislava - stupidly cheap food and beer, hot weather (30C). Flew into Vienna and got the coach across for 4 Euros.

If you want to know anymore, let me know.

Well I've been to Hastings and I've been to Brighton. I've been to Eastbourne too.

I've already had a beach type holiday in May and I've got 10 days booked end of Sept beginning Oct.

Any suggestions for a city break that would still have a bit of warmth to it

CAnnot think of any city in the world I would like to go to for ten days, in the UK what about Newcastle as you have Northumberland on the door step for relaxing and quiet time and Edinburgh and to a lessor degree Glasgow within easy distance?

End of September may be wet and windy, may be gloriously sunny?
