This is all well and good but I have to do a presentation to 20 pub managers in Swansea on Monday. Please feel my pain

Could be worse - I LIVE by a pub near Swansea. It's awful at the moment and it's nowhere near chuck out time yet.

I'm not supporting Wales in the same way as I'm not supporting any of the remaining teams because, sadly, I'm lumped with supporting England but you can't knock Wales for this achievement.

Personally, I wouldn't spend that moment chanting 'are you watching England' but that's just me. We English are the evil overlords afterall.

Why do so many of the English support Wales? I don't get it. They fucking loved us losing to Iceland - the Welsh team and the general public.

I wanted them to be humiliated 7-0. The vast majority of the pub were cheering them on as if England were playing.

I don't, I want them to get smashed in every sorry they play. Scotland too.

they played well today though

Yes but none of them seem to feel the same. In my experience all of those countries love seeing England lose to anyone at anything

small country syndrome.

Tonight, I have thanked my mum for being born in Cardiff, and giving birth to me in Haverfordwest .

I am proud as fuck.

All three of Wales goalscorers tonight were English raised who qualified via the grandparent rule. Perhaps England should look towards the Championship and the lower echelons of the Premier League instead?

Possibly best game of the tournament so far.

Deserved win for Wales. Good luck to them.
Will be tricky without Ramsey though, but Portugal are nothing special.

Referee had a shocker, blatant penalty and second yellow in the 85th min when 2-1 and another shout just before that. Even savage confirmed it, the only highlight of that match was savage losing his voice. Hopefully it hasn't come back for the semis

Ramsey has been the player of the tournament for me. Goals, assists, dead balls and a phenomenal workrate. He will be a huge loss next match.
