A first ever league defeat at Spotland wouldn't look too good either.
Damn right. I know of at least 20 ST holders who are waiting to see if we can maintain our unbeaten league run at Spotland before renewing...

I'd rather we avoid the unwanted records that are hanging like a Sword of Damocles, over this bunch of players and the coach.

As for today, match Blackpool's result and we're safe....that's all that matters.
All those unwanted records and we still might not relegated, what is wrong with this team don't the study stats as part of match preparation.

Think this might be the first home game I've missed this season, so no doubt a stunning display.
Three points please, then we can relax the last couple of games

Williams has got to win a game sometime. So why not today. Inevitably we will concede first but come back to win 3 2 Ajose, Doughty and Obika in front of 6823. Result will prove to be irrelevant as Fleetwood will beat Blackpool anyway

We really should not lose this one with our best players now available. 2-1 win or a draw.

Well indeed. In fairness, I suppose anyone who had predicted in October that the team would effectively be down with the Christmas decorations is likely to be desperately looking for ways to suggest that our lower mid-table position is some kind of freakish fluke.

Assuming we haven't forgotten to extend his loan - yes!

You really need to move on now.
