Has anybody said that all would be perfect human beings? No, they haven't. Not on here anyway. Of course they would have some in their numbers that are odious pricks coming over for nefarious reasons, just as with any other demographic but that's no need to tar them all with the same brush.

Quite a large scale thing though, possibly down to the difference in cultures and how women are viewed/treated. Such a large scale influx was always going to bring problems, anyone who thought differently was sadly mistaken. Can you imagine the reaction if the boot was on the other foot?

Me and some mates got attacked in France back in the 90's by some north African lads. Probably because we were speaking English. They hurled insults in broken English then it all kicked off. I wouldn't tar everyone with the same brush but perhaps you could also consider that some of the immigrants  may think that we are all scum.

You are of course an immigrant yourself, so doubtless can see things from that perspective, on issues such as integration v multi-culturalism.

In the UK, we appear to have got into a typical hotch potch of poorly thought out policies, where decisions are made up on a whim....sometimes it sort of works ok, in a muddled British way, but increasingly not.

I think back to when the law was changed with regards to wearing crash helmets on mbikes and scooters...the Sikhs argued this discriminated against them for wearing turbans...so the law was changed to accommodate them, all very British. With hindight it would have been better to say....tough shit that's the law, you will have to do something to accommodate it.

Although it is reasonable and right to point out that labelling certain races and creeds as all the same is ridiculous, the fact is that people do think that way and whilst some migrants will commit vile acts(like the German incidents)that fear will only continue to grow amongst British people.

 History has shown that people cannot live together in harmony from different religions and cultures so problems are bound to continue and will more than likely escalate.
