Ok.  Back to the original subject, yeah Oasis = bad.  I fear they will reform next year.  Shed Seven.  Pleasant.  Most bands of the nineties - inconsequential.  Nothing groundbreaking.  Kingmaker.  They were a band.

And Chris Evans is still a tosser.

Different? No, this is a hark back to classic times. LNTs are where everything used to happen.

And now we're all married with kids and in bed by 10pm.

The Bluetones were a good 90's band... and Gene. I liked Gene.

Not sure if this is a hark back to classic times, LNT's used to be funny and weird, this just has an air of a Bill Grundy interview with older people trying to be controversial and edgy?

Wasn't Bill Grundy 70's? Some chums of mine went to see PiL recently, Lydon turns 60 in a couple of months.

I work with a guy who's the spitting image of Mark Morriss.

I find this mildly amusing.

Saw them in Paris a couple of weeks ago. It was all a bit self-regarding. The best thing was the audience - imagine Reg pogoing.

I hadn't realised how much Johnny's stage persona owes to Adolf Hitler.

I did a show a couple of years ago which was Mark Morris supporting Shed Seven.  To be fair it was a decent do.  Very entertaining.  This years the sheds are being supported by the Inspiral Carpets.  Probably be another lovely night out.
