Frau Merkel's 800,000 was always intended to be a temporary measure, stay in tents etc, until they can be shunted around the rest of the EU by quota. if you don't agree, they there'll be financial penalties. In many ways fair enough, if you're a Poland or Czecho, then you can't just take the advantages without having to have some shit as well. |
