You can't spend your whole life being objective.

Sometimes you need to just enjoy the moment.

Yup. It's like that girl you fancied for years, and finally got to shag her. Do you just enjoy the moment. Or do you consider the possibility of it turning into a meaningful long-term relationship ?

People who frequent the pub on my road were singing that Flint song at kick-off, I could hear it from my living room. Silent at FT.

Long may that continue.

I'm glad the wurzels have got Cardiff next season, their obsession with us was starting to get a little tedious.

more like being stuck in a frustrated marriage for decades,
then getting winked at by the gorgeous young coatcheck lass when down the oap bingo  Cool

Just got in and need to sleep.
What a fantastic end to the game.
One point though and I have always been critical of our fans.
Not many in numbers tonight but sung throughout. Fantastic I thought.
Had a real go a moaner having a go at Byrne. Bet he fucking enjoyed that strike Smiley

Never has the term 'game of two halves' been more applicable. Superb result and I am happy to ignore the clear faults with the team if they get the results. Maybe, just maybe it may be our year.

Very nervous during the first half but we controlled most of the second half and I'm at a loss to understand why so many negatives re Byrne,Hylton and Luongo. On the whole I thought they all had decent games and I was particularly impressed with Hylton bar his shooting which was poor. For such a young team to play so well in a hostile atmosphere was very impressive, first victory as well in six visits so buzzing right now

Think criticism of Luongo is very harsh. He wasn't effective and influential in the usual sense of making decisive passes and creating chances, but he did a lot of work to keep possession ticking over and to move United players out of position, which was key to a lot of our expansive passing.

We've just won at Sheffield United for the first time in 45 years! There's your perspective there chaps! Other than the first 20 mins when we needed a good kick up the arse I think that was a bloody good away performance. Whoever isn't enjoying the moment needs a good slap!

Only just got back, have to be up for work at 6.30 but couldn't give a shit, what a brilliant night.

Haven't celebrated a goal like that winner for a very long time, great scenes and puts us in a great position now for Monday.

First 20 minutes were poor, looked lathargic and generally didn't put much effort in and they deserved their lead. But it did at least seem to kick us into gear.

Much better second half, Kasim, Stephens and Bryne get special praise from me. We did ride our luck at times and the ref wasn't the best but I think we deserved the result.

Great effort from the town fans and fair play to Jay, the away end looked awesome, I've got some videos that I will try to put up tomorrow. Made plenty of noise too for 90 minutes.

Now just don't fuck it up town...

Strange what beer does to your perceptions.

Watched it in The Merlin and I thought we were fantastic - first 20 notwithstanding - pissed all over them.

Cloudy vision of Smith being terrific, Kasim back to early season form, Luongo (Lord Lucan performance), Byrne prob MoM.

Hylton has defo got something - find out what next season.

'Kin brilliant and please don't say 'it's only  half time'

Special mention to Jayboy on here.
Take another bow Son.
Your efforts lifted the support and I am sure the players were impressed.
Seeing the streamers on the goal before the game brought a smile.
Well done you.

And the other 90 times he ran down the wing and lost the ball.

Don't get me wrong, he was better tonight, but he's still not at his best.

I am so pumped for Monday now.

Yes but most of the time he had two players dragged out of position.
Good game in my opinion.
Kasim showed a few touches of class.
Monday another exciting night but it is certainly not over.

Amazing night.
No doubt that the atmosphere was cranked up a notch by the steamer display.
