tickets for Old Trafford went on general sale today. Our lot snapped up a good number for Poland, so well done to all involved, good effort.  Yes

Havnt been to a competitive England game since 99 at Wembley! Struggled to get excited about England since, too many meaningless games, too many fancy dan twats on the pitch, too many band wagon jumping soccer fans. But Im looking forward to this one. The most likely scenario is that England and Poland will be playing for top spot and therefore automatic qualification. Good stuff, should be on a buzz going up there in the bus.

Went to England v Poland at Wembley in 97 (I think), they went 1 up, then Shearer came to the rescue. Poles had a fair few that night, but times change fast. Its a much richer country now, and theres a lot over here, they should have a good following. My ticket is right near them as well, get in.

Number for tickets for anyone interested is 08709020005.

Hopefully a big party at that game as we confirm our qualification!

I was at that Poland game at wembley. Used to go to most England games but haven't been for a couple of years, the big games are good, the meaningless ones generally don't have much atmosphere.

I was dragged along to that one too. Fucking crap, confirmed all my suspicions that I had been missing jack shit not attending for 4 years! Il never go to another friendly again. Got home at 4am.

The lads I went with only did it for the stupid caps you get with a ticket. But when we got back I lent my stub to about 12 lads who all sent it off for caps and received the fucker back in perfect condition!!!!!!

I rarely ever get wound up about a non tournament England game. I couldnt give a toss. I want to get back into England, but everything about it seems to piss me off! Hopefully this one will be a worthy match experience, otherwise it might be another 4 years until Im back.

Believe it or not I was most into England when Taylor was in charge and then Venables, least everyone gave you a game back then and it was all worth watching!!! (psssst.. and no glory hunting, band wagon post 96 tossers on the terraces).

I went to the England Vs Wales game last October which was proper off the hook i tell thee!, gave the Taffs loads of abuse and ran out comfortable 2-0 winners, happy days!.

Yeah, you notice the sneeky £10 booking fee in there that they dont mention throughout the entire process? There were still some on sale last night. Probably all gone by midday today.
