Travelling from Cardiff so the train journey in and back should be a bit more 'interesting' than usual for this one.

3 - 1 Town - Obika, Byrne and a last minute og from Flint (13,021).

My 4 year old commented that we'd already beaten Bristol.  He remembers it well.  Told him we needed to do it all over again today.

Can't be there today.  Many more of us there in spirit with the 9,000 to 10,000 of our lot who will be.

And while we're on it, does anyone else agree that a home gate of 12,000 to 13,000 is actually quite good, given the financial hardship that a lot of folk are still feeling?  There's been a lot of negative press about our gates during the last few months, but I'm still not convinced we're not just following a national trend.  The ground will be as good as full today.

Great write up and whilst I have no doubt all the matters regarding Bristol are factually correct I have to pick up one thing - Brunel was from Portsmouth.

Any way I suspect a draw in front of a 40,000 plus crowd.

Can't be at the game, I'm ironically in Bristol today. Hoping to see plenty of dejected faces sloping off the train at Temple Meads come 6 o'clock.

City's run has to come to an end at some point, might as well be today.

4-2, Williams hat trick and one from Byrne.

Might be a bit of a squeeze!

I think that they all know that the winning run has to come to an end at some point..

What's getting them stressy is that it could be us that's going to do it!

Flint stretchered off 2-1 to us.

Would be nothing more than payback for sending us down at their place a few seasons ago.  It would give me almost as much pleasure as Ranger's late winner against them last season - where, incidentally, the attendance was 11,598, Mr Power.  Today's will comfortably top that by 1,000+.

1-0 with an early Swindon goal, defended for the following 85 minutes, with 12819 in attendance (including me)
