As ever a good write up....though I'd take issue with the Guardian as a left wing mouthpiece....at the last General Election, the Guardian, came out in favour of the Liberal Democrats. I respect its independent thinking , but left wing it is not.

I think the Guardian is left wing, just not in the same way the labour party is, if you see what I mean. It's more of a bleeding heart liberal kind of newspaper for the patently middle class sort who likes rolling their eyes and sucking through their teeth at people who read the Daily Mail whilst eating fairtrade libyan peace hummous they got at Waitrose.

I myself am a Guardian man.

Anyway, back to the football, 3-1. Should be a nice, simple victory, but I fear Cheltenbum will get a goal early on. 1506 from Swindon in a crowd of 4,765.

Last time I went there Parkin was sent off and Gurney started mouthing at the crowd. The seats were badly spaced out and it killed my knees!

Been raining since before 0800 and just teemed it down - Its gonna be a quagmire.

Classic conditions for a cup upset....we'll be doing well to still be in the draw on Monday.

Very showery in Swindon, its sunny now.

Looking at the rain radar, it looks to be an improving picture. Bit of a small window shown though.

Labour left wing? Hardly true.
I haven't voted Labour since Blairs first victory because Labour is in a race to move right if the tories.
Swindon to win the replay(just) 3,000 1480 of us plus the ones in the home ends.

Heh! heh! You do surprise me Reg.

I have to say though, I won't be shocked if we do lose.

Embarrassed to ask this, but it is straight to a replay without extra time isn't it ?!
