Correct. The question is whether attendances last year were inflated by ST holders who actually only made it to 15 games or so.

I might be being thick here but I still don't get your point... 
I think the point he is making is that we have at least as many if not more "walk ups" per game but the season ticket numbers are down...hence the lower crowds.
