Williams very impressive.

Good. I'd love for him to get back to his best.

Started a bit slow, lots of passes going astray.
We got better as the half went in and created some decent chances.
Yass had a good chance as did Louis & Brad Smith.
Quality goal from Yass, and have to say Williams & Smith have played well together.
Only concern from the first half is that we are only 1 up & whilst Crewe have offered very little one mistake could see them back in it.

Possession Swindon 64% Crewe 36%
Shots Swindon 9 Crewe 0
On target Swindon 5 Crewe 0
Corners Swindon 2 Crewe 0
Fouls Swindon 6 Crewe 6

Nice stats, could do with converting a few more chances but that shows how one sided it is so far.

Keeper has made a couple of good saves for them but our attacking play is amazing, as a unit they look as if they have an almost telepathic understanding .

Brad Smith looks like a different player today, very deep and reluctant to either make runs or run with the ball. We are a little lopsided as a result.

M Smith not really in the game so much today, to the delight of a number of individuals sat nearby, whereas Williams has looked sharp and effective. Definitely high on confidence. Gladwin playing so far forward at times that we have 3 biggish men up front and Crewe can't pick any of them up.

Kasim's free kick was lush.

Zebroski (Newport), Caddis (Brum) Rooney (Lootun) all ex Town players on the scoresheet by half time today.

Lets hope that Storey, Devera, Hollands and Brezovan off the bench can all get on the scoresheet today too Cheesy

Do we get to take the ball home if we get over 60% possession?  (I know we are at home).

Still 62% possession according to the BBC. Also 10 shots to us and still 0 for Crewe.

Hmmm.  My thoughts exactly.  Cue a torrent of 'why cant we convert our chances'.  Which to be fair is perhaps a good question.
