Bristol City get good fees and that's been the case for a while. If it were Town, we'd have been pleased with our undisclosed amount in the region of £750,000 £14 million for Kodjia is probably the best bit of business they'll ever do. I see it is now up to £16m with add ons! madness. Fair play to Shitty for getting this sort of fee for him but football cannot sustain these massively inflated transfer fees for much longer.

There's more and more TV money being pumped in. Surely fees will continue to rise?

25% I believe..
Would be a sizeable amount, we sold him for £400k? So around £900k due if he goes for £4m.

Crazy what sort of fee a centre forward can command in comparison to other positions because if a Championship side is bidding £14 million for Kodjia then Flint shouldn't be too far off that figure, especially in terms of importance to Bristol City.
Our record transfer fee received is going to be a sell on, isn't it? Good work LP (who negotiated Flint's exit)

I cannot wait for the cacophony of anger that Power will pocket the sell on fee etc etc.

Power has told everyone he's here to make money....and it's wheeling and dealing in the market that achieves it.

As soon as Flint gets wind of a bid the cunt will hand in a transfer request anyway. Power says we have a sell-on, Lansdown says we don't.
On another note Forest sell Oliver Burke to Leipzig for £13m.
Never heard of the bloke myself

Flint going to the premier league would be the final validation that I know fuck all. not that one was needed.
I don't dislike Flint for saying what he said while at city. He's just a City cunt, one of many.

Bit of an odd one that as you don't get many highly-rated young Brits going abroad for such fees, but good luck to him. From what I've seen he's like a younger, better Gladwin.

Power was very vague when asked, the best he could say was "i'm sure we do" I have a feeling we don't.

It was sanctioned when Jed was 'in charge' wasn't it? Bit of a hazy time, not sure anyone really knows what went on in those 9 months or so
