Gladwin knows he must find consistency

BEN Gladwin admitted his biggest challenge in 2014/15 is to produce his best on a consistent basis, as he continues his transition from non-league football to the professional game.

He's a very odd footballer - sort of like a Frankenstein's monster of parts from other footballers that don't seem to make sense as a whole yet. I quite like him though, he has that unpredictability factor that runs a fine line between opening a team up with something totally unexpected, and putting it on a plate for the opposition - a bit like a lower league Ross Barkley.

There's definitely a player in there, has shown real potential.

He'll get a lot of game time this season so it will be interesting to see how he develops. Hopefully he turns out to be a gem!

Him and Barker are going to be key squad players this season I reckon.

Well, Gladwin will, I think he has something about him for sure.

Gladwins weakness is still speed of descision making. If you sort that out he could be a very good player indeed, maybe experience will help him.

Not sure he's going to be key this season, but central midfield isn't that concerning anyway.

I disagree. Think he will be key this season as a goalscoring midfielder.

Although I must admit, playing 3 CBs and 2 wing backs and 2 up front only leaves 3 midfield slots - Kasim, Luongo, Louis.

Which is why i can see Mass leaving

That would change things.

Get the defence sorted and we can expect a good season I reckon.

But the 3 CBs of Branco, Turnbull and Lelan must be the least experienced trio ever to start - and not only for us!
