True, but expensive if they go POP  I like hearing an engine scream, turbo cars have massive torque but never rev very high. Maybe because i'm used to a 8500 rpm red line :twisted: |

a mate in cornwall has a turbocharged cooper s, i think its the fastest car i've been in. i love the whirr when he puts his foot down.
it pops when he's rolling along in 2nd.

yes. new cooper s which has been customised with a turbocharger i think. it fucking flies. like i said, it sounds like an F1 car when he's rolling along in 2nd. must do 0-60 in about 3 seconds.

Cooper S's whine and pop in standard form due to the supercharger and exhaust.

Nice cars though. well he's spent serious money on it, possibly £15k, they're minted. its not a standard cooper s, i've been in one of those and it was alright. i'll take some videos of it when i go back down on thursday. when i say it pops, i mean that if he's rolling along without any throttle, the car is going rabrabrabrabPOPrabrabPOPOPrabrab etc |
