No surprise here.
We seemed to have lost alittle over a thousand season ticket holders.
No pleading will bring them back sad to say.

Inevitable really...we picked up a lot because of di Canio, and then seemingly having a right good go at the Championship. Numbers hung around last season, but a lot like Jayo don't like the style of football and aren't prepared to see a decent season as staying up...

And these fans will be the first to complain we aint having a good season either. Massive catch 22. Referred to it before a few times.

Our turnover is around 4.5m-5m so with a budget of 1.8m for players we should easily break even.i know there are other costs staff, rates, interest payments etc but we should still be in a healthy position.Just hope we can stay competitive otherwise it will be a downward spiral of lower crowds/budget cuts.

But we haven't got a budget of 1.8m unless we retain last seasons revenue. Which currently we don't.

Gawd knows for far off we are. 1000 STs? + commercials

I would consider it if, as someone mentioned they opened the early bird window for a short period.  I held off due to all the uncertainty and since moving it's a  3 1/2 to 4 hour trip each way.  I have loads of games closer to home this season and love the away atmosphere (most of the time).

I've already got my season ticket. I renewed in May. When did you buy yours?

EDIT. The style isn't the issue. The lack of excitement/chances is.

I wasn't implying that you hadn't renewed, but rather as you said you don't like the style....there are plenty of others in your boat, without your admirable resolve.

As for me, some years it's suited to have a season ticket, others not....the coming season I'll pick and choose.
