Doesn't look like it from their site but I've asked their STFC reporter on Twitter.

FLIC is these guys: link who seem to be getting the majority of the STFC stories these days before the Adver, most likely due to Morshead's excommunication.

They have a much better range of photographs of Power than the advertiser has!
