I'm happy for Iran to win. I'm not going to contest the 'dual natiknality'. The better team won.

It's not so much a matter of dual nationality though. 2 of them are not even Iranian.

Typical FIFA bias against the smaller teams, if Diego Costa is Spanish then these girls are Iranian!

Must admit if they had one Iranian parent I'd have assumed that automatically meant dual nationality.

Fair enough.
Decision made. Iran forfeit the game and Nigeria win by default.
Boo. I think you should let him get away with this one but be strict on the following matches. The poor bastard has a hard enough job as it is!

I can't see any harm in using a player if they have a parent or grandparent born in that country, similar to the men's game. If two teams use the same player then it is decided on their place of birth.
The same applies to players with dual nationality. If both countries select the same player then it is decided on their birth country.
If the player is selected by one country, then they can't play for another country during the tournament, and the decision cannot be contested.
Fair?

Sorry, I need to be as fair as possible to other managers. Iran's forfeit is maintained.
I will be more vigilant from now on to stop this happening again.
Just having a parent from that country is not enough, they have to hold that country's nationality. If you are fielding a player born in another country playing in the tournament, then you must have permission from that country's manager. If you asked for permission but received no reply, that will count as you being granted permission.

No sour grapes from me. I accept you've got to be fair Flasheart, I appreciate while it's a bit of fun if the rules are clear then you've got to stick to them.
