Perfection is not attainable

Yes agree, normally I'm pretty upbeat, but if this drags on, then it could be real bad going forward. The deafening silence is worrying also.
Ditto.

Don't worry, chaps.  We're #inittogether, remember?  Jed can only have everyone's best interests at heart.  It'll be fine.

I understand that this is a well tried business model that Jed is a big admirer of.

Club statement. But it's not Friday.

THE Chief Registrar of the Chancery Court Division has today agreed with the submission made on behalf of Lee Power to expedite the determination of the ultimate ownership of Swindon Town FC.

This was contrary to the opposition led by Mr McCrory's legal counsel. The Judge has ordered that the matter be determined by a High Court Judge at a expeditious trial commencing 26th June, the earliest practical date.

On a personal level, the Board would like to impress that it has worked tirelessly over the past months to continue to protect STFC's interests and remain confident of a just resolution.

Erm, it is.

So rather than get the whole legal farce over with asap, Jed wants to drag it out well into the summer (and possibly beyond). Hardly the actions of a man who thinks he's going to win and would be interested in actually running the club if he did, is it?
