THE Chief Registrar of the Chancery Court Division has today agreed with the submission made on behalf of Lee Power to expedite the determination of the ultimate ownership of Swindon Town FC. This was contrary to the opposition led by Mr McCrory's legal counsel. The Judge has ordered that the matter be determined by a High Court Judge at a expeditious trial commencing 26th June, the earliest practical date. On a personal level, the Board would like to impress that it has worked tirelessly over the past months to continue to protect STFC's interests and remain confident of a just resolution.
