Another iffy headline. What he actually says is "“I’m pleased I’ve started two games but as footballer you want to start as many games as you can. It’s not the easiest coming off the bench to impress but at the moment if that’s my role then that’s what I need to do and try and impress as much as I can" which  is subtly different to 'I need more minutes Cooper' which the headline insinuates.

Yeah but "Gladwin says: I’m pleased I’ve started two games but as footballer you want to start as many games as you can. It’s not the easiest coming off the bench to impress but at the moment if that’s my role then that’s what I need to do and try and impress as much as I can" would be a bit of a sod to fit in a headline Smiley

Or the headline could simply say.....

"Gladwin content."

Then people would be slagging him off for being unambitious/complacent. Or the headline writer for suggesting he was.

Most football stories are non-stories as they're based on interviews with players who know if they utter anything other than the blandest of cliches, it'll get blown up out of all proportion. Quite often by people on here/twitter/facebook. Sew what you reap.

Sew what you reap.

I'm not sure too many Town players or fans would be much use at stitching together wheat or other graminaceous products.

 Rumpelstlitskin might be your man....
