So who's a man or a mouse? I do like heat but these have beat me... http://www.theribman.co.uk/hot-sauce.php#/~/product/category=0&id=30694146The beauty of them though are that they hand made by the infamous 'rib man'. They taste great.

This one always amuses me http://www.chilliworld.com/SP6.asp?p_id=666. I've got a few hot sauces based on naga chilliies but used very sparingly. Good for marinating meat in for barbecues and bringing ion a good sweat.

I went to Olivio's on Victoria Hill last night and one of our table had a starter of the spicy chicken wings which are marinanted and cooked in the Chef Challenge Hot Sauce.
He did it, but was seriously suffering!

Like that reg.
Went on a tour of Upton Cheney chilli farm (bath way) last year. Tried some of the 1 million plus schoville chili, a very small bit. Seemed OK at first. Then it hit. That 9M sauce on the burger is insane.
Bloke said they have chili eating contests and advise competitors to throw up after. Said it was most amusing when the macho ones didn't get picked up by an ambulance.

I tried one at a food festival a few years ago called Dragon's Blood. I love hot food, but that was just insane. I've never tasted anything as hot before or since. http://www.chilliworld.com/SP6.asp?p_id=255
