I was so shocked at how awful that performance was.  On the money these kind of players are earning you would think they could at least string a few passes together whether it be the beginning or the end of the season!

Should be an interesting one against our welsh opponents!

I hope so.  Last season I had a bet on with a welsh pub landlord.  The deal was if swindon got into the play offs I would get a free bottle of Moet and the worst bit was we didnt and also he was a swansea fan Sad

Now I have the England wales match to look forward to and endless jokes about england until then Sad

Great

Wish I had the excuse of football training to avoid watching that rubbish.

Ah well, you win some you lose some - stating the blatently obvious.

Trouble there was too many automatic first choice players played .. they know they dont have to bother and they have important games at the weekend so only put in half the effort..

That combined with David James inability to be any semblance of a goalkeeper contributed to an embarassing defeat .. BUT .. we lost 3-1 to Australia in a friendly and it made sod all difference to our later performances.

Ive every confidence still .. hope so anyway as ill be hoping for a good nite in Crete when we play the Welsh  Beers

Surely as a manager Sven has enough choice to make these players play for their place, sadly friendlies are too umcopetitive, they are become more like pre-season friendlies. It should be an honor and a prilledge to play for country no matter where/when/who/what/how its sad because so many players pull out of friendlies 'injured' when was the last time Ryan Giggs played for Wales in a friendly?

Stupid timing for a game really .. maybe a training camp would have been better?? but then that wouldnt make any money for the FA and lets face it .. thats what this game is all about.

You cant blame the players when they have 60 odd games to play and this really didnt count amongst the important ones if they are automatic first choice .. such as Gerrard
