SWINDON Town’s average age may drop again over the summer, according to manager Mark Cooper, who is already planning his summer recruitment drive.

Maybe we'll sign Pitt The Younger, Babyface Nelson, Dave Boy Green and Babe Ruth.

The problem with having a plethora of young players is it gives Cooper an 'out' every time they play badly and TBH what fan wants to give a young player a hard time.

Heaps all the shit on the old heads, though

...along with Kid Creole, Boy George, Eddie Kidd, Jimmy Young and Kid Galahad we would have the makings of a competitive squad.   Grin

A good chunk of our fans seem to feel no compunction about doing so, and have done for many years.
