Over the two games the officials cost us. The one at Peterborough was bad enough but this one took it to another level with his two linesmen. Over the two games we got just about nothing from the officials, but should've had at least one pen tonight, and the ref gave them virtually everthing. A number of times we won the ball in a fair tackle, and gave them a free kick.
Even though I've pissed off...I'm not as pissed off as losing a play-off semi on pens.
We always get shit refs !!

Let's keep this simple, it was anyone's game, we were better before we scored and after they scored (for a while). Sit back = invite pressure. Pens? No, it never goes for a team I support (i.e. Swindon and England). Back to the league.

Agree with the comments about the ref - a few baffling decisions. Had they had to play the whole game with 10 men, and quite possibly gone an goal down, we could well be on our way to Wembley. That said, we lost because we gave the ball away in a bad position and then put two pens over the bar - it was in our own hands.

The ref was a cunt. We were pretty poor 2nd half though and offered next to nothing.

Architects of our own downfall, they never looked like scoring until that stupid mistake and to put two pens over the bar said it all!! How Reiss was allowed to take one after his very poor cameo performance is mystery!! And that had to be one of the worst reffing displays for many a season.

This. One mistake, an abysmal referee, two shit penalties and losing Ranger and Thompson have cost us the game tonight. Peterborough never really looked like scoring until Murphy handed it to them on a plate and we didn't do enough to put the game to bed. At least it all saves us a bit of money I suppose. We'd better get used to life after Ranger as well.

Thompson and Byrne outstanding tonight. With the resources we had that was a decent performance. The team have been criticised for lack of commitment but not tonight. How people are blaming Cooper on RS is beyond me when the ref becomes all Webbesque in denying us a pen and a one man advantage and then 2 pros miss the target from 12 yards. Have to say our reaction to losing the lead was creditworthy.

We lost this game, and our small chance of making the play-offs last Friday when Ranger got injured. Costly game that.
Decent effort tonight. Atrocious refereeing yet again and a blatant penalty. Tigane's penalty attempt was totally gay. I've got no sympathy for him for showboating.
[edit] And sending Storey out on loan was the stupidest decision of the season.

Thompson, Byrne, Pritchard, DNG all deserve credit. Thought the CBs did well too, as Posh rarely had a sniff all night.

Loved Thompson.
Reminded me of a midfield version of his brother.
