Now exactly does this put Colchester at a disadvantage Mr Bean?

Surely Col could have said No to moving the game forward if it was that much of a disadvantage.

Quote
Colchester manager Joe Dunne told BBC Essex:
"I'm going there to attack. I'm not going to have all this firepower at my disposal and not use it.
"I think if we did anything different then I'd be asking my players to do something they're not comfortable with."

Could be a high scoring game then, given our inability to defend.

What fire power is he referring to? Their leading scorer has 6 goals FFS!

This comment is likely to bite me in the arse.

They played Tuesday. Obviously playing three days later is a problem for them. Funny that their previous fixture was three days prior to their game at Port Vale!

ColU often find a way to win at the CG...fire power or not. Last season being a perfect example.

Any ex-Swindon players in their current squad. That seems to be my memory of Colchester for some reason, ex-players scoring against us.

Didn't Rose score the winning goal last season for them? I think he's at Rochdale now.

No Ex-Swindon players in their squad, hurrah!

Yeah no ex Town players.....since I first saw us put 6 on ColU in 63, we've played them a further 20 times at the CG...won 9 drawn 5 and lost 6.
