Nile was given permission by the Club to have time off yesterday and today to consult with his legal counsel up in Newcastle ahead of his upcoming court case.
Surely this would mean an overnight stay? |

Actually reading it all again it seems to me he was arrested on suspicion of breach, found not to be in breach and let go.
Presumably he informed OB he was going to be there and they didn't communicate it? Is that how bail works in this case?
