THE VIC MORGAN COLUMN: Football is the fans' game
CAST your mind back to May 1986. I know, a long time ago wasn't it ? An era of brick-like mobile phones and roll-up sleeves on jackets.

We've got quite a few fans who do every game. Any on here that are on a big run of consecutive games? If anyone, I reckon it might be paolo69.

This kind of thing is a bit OCD, there'll always be a few who it matters to, but come on, there's often more important things to do in life than go and watch the Town.
I've had the odd season where it's suited that I barely missed a match, a good few consecutively where I haven't missed a home game...but also seasons where due to living elsewhere, or other commitments have prob only seen maybe a handful of games.

After living outside England for 10 years or so I was convinced that when I returned to SWindon I would revert back to the never miss a home game/ get to a good number of away games fan I was before I left.
Sadly, my attitude to going is nowhere near what it was - even home games - and I have only been to a couple of away games.
Can't really put my finger on why

Because an all day away trip hurts a lot after you go past 35...

It does start to hurt more Sutton, I'll give you that.
I'm not in the same league as those guys mentioned although I do get to my fair share.
