I see an Ipswich apprentice from the 80's is suing the club - including the goalkeeper, Fox and manager Mick Mills - over an alleged humiliating initiation ceremony historically called 'The Finger'.

I wonder what that entailed? Similar to our Yellow friends banana, perhaps!

When I read this, I couldn't help but think of Blue Meanies in Yellow Submarine.

Think Audrey was confused by the Mick Mills reference.

Having been gloriously sacked by Stoke City after a 6-0 thumping at the County Ground, it seems a bit harsh that poor Micky Mills should now face further censure for his already humiliating time in football management.

Has anyone heard the rumour about Beckham's initiation at Man Utd? Apparently he admitted in an interview while at Galaxy that it included a picture of Clayton Blackmore and some bodily fluid.....

I've literally just been reading that part of Gary Neville's Autobiography..he says that the initiation for all Youth Team Players going to the First Team had to 'make love' to a Clayton Blackmore poster which was laid out on a physio table. They'd make them do it over and over if it wasn't 'romantic enough'. Although there wasn't any mention of it involving bodily fluids...
