no idea, what I would say is they seem to know basics but not actual facts, for example they said when we entered the club the season ticket money was there, it wasn't we didn't get any season money for 2 months.  They also state Jed sent money to his account in Malta, I can assure you he has no acount in Malta, I can also assure you that I took no money execept what I was entitled to through contractual agreements.  I think Fredi, whoever they are are either linked to the previous incumbents or to Lee and his entourage..... but should get facts before making accusations.  In reality though, don't know and don't care there is obviously an agenda, predominantly anti Jed...

Thanks, the motives seem spot on

no, I beleive they are still trying to recover from the disaster..  a lot was learnt and I don't believe we lost anything from the actual nights, just didn't make what we expected.

We did expect more income as it was supposed to be a series of concerts, however as we had no costs for the concerts then we could not be down 50k, we may not have recieved the revenue we expected for the night but the costs were not ours so we couldn't have been down anything...  just saying.

Fair enough. I thought that I recalled that the club had to front some of the money for the second night to go ahead due to the poor ticket sales or something like that.

I think it's firmly put the nail in the coffin of the CG as a live music venue

we did have to pick up some costs but it was more underwrite the payments rather than make them, these have been made by the promoters now.

Top marks for coming on here Steve. The Adver interview was interesting but didn't actually tell us very much.....it was all quite vague except for putting us right with regards to the money put in by lee Power. Any chance that you can elaborate on a few things?

- You say pressure was put on you to leave. Who by?
- You say you didn't intend to resign from the Board. Can you / do you intend to do anything about this?
- A "list of concerns" is mentioned. Can you say what these are (you said that you'd sent them to Jed but he's gone now so maybe you can enlighten us....)?
- Why did you not inform anyone else on the Board (assuming you didn't...) about these concerns?
- Did the fact that you kept quiet about these concerns have anything to do with you leaving?
- Should we as fans be worried about these concerns?
- Should we as fans, in your opinion, be worried about Lee Power taking over?
- You say that "it feels as though it has gone backwards over the last six weeks". In what way?

- You say pressure was put on you to leave. Who by?  Lee
- You say you didn't intend to resign from the Board. Can you / do you intend to do anything about this?  I have taken advice but do not want to cause the club any issues.
- A "list of concerns" is mentioned. Can you say what these are (you said that you'd sent them to Jed but he's gone now so maybe you can enlighten us....)?  These concerns are just that and I do not want to accuse anyone of anything, they have probably been looked at and found to be unfounded, they were just my concerns.
- Why did you not inform anyone else on the Board (assuming you didn't...) about these concerns? I informed the entire board of my concerns, hence why I am sure they have been reviewed and found to be non issues.
- Did the fact that you kept quiet about these concerns have anything to do with you leaving?  No, I always planned to leave aat xmas, I just thimk Lee wanted to get the decks cleared as soon as possible.
- Should we as fans be worried about these concerns?  If they have been investigated and found to be merely concerns that have no substance then no need for fans to be worried.
- Should we as fans, in your opinion, be worried about Lee Power taking over?  No, let's not forget Lee has invested in the club with real cash, he clearly has good football contacts and is a likeable fella, he does cut corners on procedural matters.
- You say that "it feels as though it has gone backwards over the last six weeks". In what way?   Just afeeling.

Steve is my reading of the Luongo deal, ie no fee was paid up front but the club must pay 400k if we sell him on, correct?
