i'm convinced i have a problem with it. when i open a messenger window its so high up on the screen i canny get to the top bar to move it down or change it's size. and limewire doesnt fit in the screen properly either. i'm sure it's got something to  do with the comp gettin reformatted, so any ideas how to rectifie this?

you need to make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card.

right click on your desktop and click properties > Settings then try playing round with the res
