wigan put up a good effort today only to be beaten by a superb crespo goal, looks like they might have what it takes to stay up if they carry on playing like that  :\/

not sure where that 22000 came from though  :roll:

25000 all seater modern stadium in an area of high population density - millions within 30 mile radius - and no other game on today in the area - must have fiddled the figures Wink .

I felt guilty having a fiver on Chelsea to win - only won a couple of quid, but Wigan were superb.  If they can play like that they'll be involved more in a mid-table battle than a relegation one.
