Neither me or my lad want reimbursing but if the management and players want to put their hands in their pockets, they could make a donation to Children in Need on behalf of STFC supporters.

Me neither. Should send mine to the Philippines. Much more needed there.
Puts it into perspective today.

It's not about losing is it.....I am sure we all wouldn't be following the Swindon if that was the case.

It's about your club/ team/ officials / players etc putting in a shift not just playing badly.

They didn't....not even fucking close.

Anyone daft enough to go to Macclesfield for a nonentity of a cup tie needs fining, not reimbursing.

Are the Players included in this?  Cheesy

This isnt because of the our performance its because of the scoreline. What if Maccesfield hadnt taken their chances and say only scrapped a 1-0?

As mentioned above the, nice gesture, dangerous precedent is spot on.

If Macclesfield had taken their chances, they'd have been 4-0 up at half time. We had plenty of warning but did'nt learn

If we're going to refund fans for abject/humiliating performances, I'd like my season ticket refunded for 2010-11, 2005-6 ......... I must be owed thousands. Or maybe that's just the chance you take when you buy a ticket?

What? We got smacked in a game we expected to win. It happens and aint that what the FA cup is all about?
Maybe Arsenal fans should ask for their 1969 league cup final ticket money back?
It's a fucking stupid decision. We will get a few more tankings yet this season so what then? You can guarantee the mongs will be moaning for their money back.

 Pauld has it right.

We got smacked in a game against a Conference side. It's not rocket science is it. If we'd lost 1 or 2-0 then no, but we got dicked. By a Conference side. Who are in the Conference. Which is in the Conference. And they humiliated us. Smashed. Ruined. Kablamo. Raped. Destroyed... Conference..

You get it yet?

Got it all along. Shit happens.
They are 2 divisions below us. The same as we were when we had the greatest day in our history beating Arsenal.

Yep. That's why people like the Cups. Because stuff like that happens. That's football, to coin a phrase

I'm not feeling so great about it to be honest!

I think your opinion would be different had you made the effort and the spent the money. To say it's fucking ridiculous to refund the fans for losing a match is absolutely spot on, but we all know full well that losing 4-0 to a Conference is abysmal and the fans who made the effort deserve to be refunded. Can't see why anyone thinks otherwise.

No more abysmal than the two seasons I quoted. The surrenders in 05-06 and 10-11 were abject, humiliating, abysmal and all of the above. And made all the worse by being a season-long surrender. And yeah, if I'd gone on Saturday, I'd be fucking fuming too like I was after all the similar times where I have gone. But I wouldn't think I "deserved" anything. Other than a performance on the day that I didn't get and that no amount of ticket refunds, half-time Bovrils etc etc would get back. That's football (sometimes)
