They're the pieces of software that makes your hardware work properly.
i.e. you need drivers for your mouse otherwise it won't work. well that's a lie, it might, just not very well.

You need to work out what hardware needs it's drivers updating, find out the make and model number and go to the company's website.
Is it a work's PC?
