Park Lane are alright for getting same day appointments as long as you ring early enough and the receptionists aren't overly intrusive with their questions .I've never seen the same Doctor twice though  so its difficult to get stuff sorted out and feels like you're starting from the beginning every visit

Home Ground in Greenmeadow are quite good.  There's one miserable receptionist who's been there years, but she seems to have improved with age and the rest are ok.  If you want an appt quite quickly and none are available, they get a doctor to ring you to discuss what's wrong.  They must have appts set aside each day, because following discussion they invariably say come in at xx time.  Can't fault them really.
