Six Feet Underground?
Let's face it, a 50 year career is a bit of a gold mine for puns.

Walk on the wild side is an absolute classic, a great writer and performer who was instrumental in the beginnings of punk.

I hated it when Comic Relief, or whoever it was, covered Perfect Day. They fucking murdered it. The original is, quite frankly, the sexiest song ever written.
RIP Lou.

Damn and bugger. I have been listening to a lot of Lou Reed recently - New York is a fantastic album.
Will wear a Velvet Underfround t-shirt to the pub tomorrow.

Fuck it! Another of my music heroes gone. There's not too many left now. RIP Lou. You have left us with many great songs and riffs.
BBC Radio 6 Music currently playing back to back Lou Reed songs.

Sunday mornin', praise the dawnin' It's just a restless feelin', by my side Early dawnin', Sunday mornin' It's just the wasted years so close behind
Watch out, the world's behind you There's always someone around you, who will call It's nothin' at all
Sunday mornin' and I'm fallin' I've got a feelin', I don't want to know Early dawnin', Sunday mornin' (Early dawnin') It's all the streets you crossed, not so long ago
Watch out, the world's behind you There's always someone around you, who will call It's nothin' at all
Watch out, the world's behind you There's always someone around you, who will call It's nothin' at all
Sunday mornin' Sunday mornin' Sunday mornin' Sunday mornin'
Velvet Underground - Sunday Morning Lyrics

Can't say I was a massive Lou Reed fan , as I didn't know much about him. But I did buy his greatest hits a good 15 years ago or so and absolutely loved it. Bought it for Perfect Day but the amount of quality tracks on there was an eye opener.
Candy Says, Venus in Furs, Satelitte of Love, Beginning to see the light, Pale Blue Eyes, Sunday Morning and of course Perfect day and WoTWS.
Respect to Lou, his music will live on.
