Off topic, but something I have been wondering for a while: would it be possible to compile a list of towns/cities where the local side was the best supported team? (The measure, for the sake of argument, would be that attendance at 5 or more games a season would make you a fan.) How many such towns/cities are there, and would Swindon make the list? My feeling is that it would - but would be interested to hear the views of others. |
