1-1 I think? Could of been 2-1 to Citeh? Doesn't 'Citeh' just refer to Manchester City? Fairly sure it's a piss take of the local accent/dialect up there.

My favourite away game possibly ever was this 4-0 win at Trashton Gate in 91...lovely.
And we were rubbish - that was the season when Ardiles got found out, thankfully he left and Hoddle only just kept us up.

Didn't Wayne Allison - who we had recently signed from Bristol - once score a late winner right in front of their fans on the Stratton Bank...after spending the whole of the game on the receiving end of a stack of abuse from them? Or did I just dream that? If it did happen, I think I remember enjoying it a lot.
Found it! It did happen. STFC vs Bristol City: Oct 1995

What with all the shit towards Topcat....if you dont like his posts you have a finger to click the button and dont read them. Fucking gets me all these people who go round dictating what people can and cannot say.
Personally i find his posts a bit more readable than a lot of the shite on here...i know who Topcat is and he is no Troll.
If Topcat likes to talk about the off pitch stuff that is up to him...not others gobbing off and making snide remarks.

My most vivid memory from the 0-4 drubbing we handedout to shitty was a horse slobbering all over a town fans face during the escort back to the station.

I did hear that the Swindon skins took the East End in 1970. Can remember "a bit of an off" when the special train disembarked at Parson St a few years back

Been there over a dozen times watching Town. I can't remember a visit that was event free. Back in the early 80's it was always fun. Town were certainly no angels when they visited back then. The 1-1 stopping them in the play offs is still my favourite. I managed to get out of the ground at the final whistle, got back to the car and was home before a lot of Town were let out.

My favourite memory of that day was the 4 strong city firm in a ford fiesta at temple meads waiting to take us on and being laughed at.

Thats scary. Four of us went to that game in a Ford Fiesta. The driver borrowed his missus car and he parked on York rd.Went in the Prince of something for a couple of low profile pints, walked out 10 feet tall. After the game we did hurl some abuse on the way out of the mecca of the west . . perhaps it was us .

Check out the post below taken from the Bristol City Forum under the title Train Spotters@Swindon, Can't wait to beat this bunch of plastic cocker knee ***** that really fancy themselves and feel they have to abuse Aiden flint. Why the fck do they think he joined us instead of staying at that tin pot club livin in the 70 s?Wait and see the jet unfold a boom!
