On paper probably the easiest draw we could have had, can't complain.

Drizzle Shitty at home.
You should meet my Palace supporting mate JJ who, along with your good self has come up with some of the worst plays on words I've ever seen/heard. I'd like to see you try to beat his worst/best. I give you...Clown Town Pathetic (i.e Charlton Athletic). Fantastically bad

I'm interpreting this that we've got Wycombe at home....decent draw.
We do seem to draw Wycombe a lot in cups....suppose because early rounds are regional, but this will be the 9th time in the 20 odd years the Chairboys have been a league club.
Conversely, we got surprisingly beaten by Burslem Port Vale in the FA Cup 1906 at the CG, and have never played them in a cup game since.

If we don't win this I will be more than slightly peeved. It's probably the easiest one we could have got (Newport don't count on account of our history)

Wycombe, being essentially in the Chiltern Hills, was home to furniture making and other hand made wooden implements. Workers in in the beech forests roundabout turning stuff on pedal powered lathes were known as bodgers. Not to be confused with badgers, or Bodger and Badger.

Hopefully another tenner a ticket deal from Jed? Have to say I quite enjoyed the sober with a decent view experience as a change to the pissed up in The Town End experience. Probably make this my next one in the middle of the Arkells and hope I don't strangle the get it forward man by the end of things.

Trouble is, it's still the same stripper it was in 1998.
And those bazzooms were heading south then!!!
