I thought my point was pretty clear; Cooper has actually only been in charge for 3 away games, we've played badly in 1.

To refer back to the games of last season was a bit idiotic, but you need to take that up with Reg. Once he had though, I felt it was fair to point out that those games were some of the most difficult away games of the season, which unfortunately had piled up over the season and came all in a row, due to us having got so lucky in the League Cup ('cause as Reg tells us those games are just a lottery and nowt to do with talent) .

I don't have a problem with people being cautious, with "keeping feet on the ground", "early days yet" type sentiments, but Reg's got to the stage where he's actively searching for "Reasons to (not) be cheerful".

It's like he revels in it. I bet he's banned from every chip shop in Swindon for relieving himself in the fryers.

Not like you to look on the bright side Reg.

Is Ranger a star striker now then? Hasn't he only played 3 games?!

And his goal in the Carling Cup doesn't count, because we're dismissing that remember.

A resounding win in the televised game at Franchise, would certainly set the feel good factor into hyperdrive, and yet consider a couple of seasons, when that has happened... 94/95 a 5-2 thumping of WBA at the Hawthorns...surely this side was too good to go down...it wasn't.  10/11 a 4-2 beating of Charlton at the Valley...surely this side was too good to go down..it wasn't.

The key ingredient in both cases...losing a star striker in the transfer window. Ranger's case is in January  Sad
So there you go, be warned. We could get relegated. Just like every team in every division in every league in the entire world could get relegated every season.

Don't forget where you heard it first. Don't say you weren't warned.
