I reckon most who went to QPR were season ticket holders. So even after season ticket and QPR stub holders only about 5500 will be taken up.

Be interesting to see if stubs from this weekend come into play.

They'd be mad not to include this weekend's stubs and announce it tomorrow to throw numbers on the gate.

It's going to cost me about £70 to go to this, unless I can find somebody to share fuel cost with. And that's if I even manage to get a ticket. One of the downsides of being an exile.

A sobering thought about this one. Assume a full house of 15K @ £20 average to allow for consessions. The actual gate money will pay two of Chelsea's top earners for ONE WEEK!

So in the space of half a year, by some strange sequence of accidents, Mark Cooper has gone from struggling manager of AFC Telford, with his managerial career seemingly on the wane, to facing Jose Mourinho in the dugout in the 3rd round of the League Cup as full-time manager of Swindon.

Even he must wonder how he's got from there to here in such a short space of time. It's a funny old game, football.

Realistically looking at £250k-£300k in gate receipts, some of which will go to Chelsea. Then there's increased merchandise sales, potentially larger crowds in the run up (if stubs are required for tickets) and the chance of some TV/radio coverage money too.

Win win.

So, I've put together a team of Chelsea's reserves that they might play-

Schwarzer, Bertrand, Azpilicueta, Luiz, Kalas, Essien, Mata, van Ginkel, Moses, Lukaku, Ba

That's a pretty terrifying second string.

How dim am I?  I'd actually forgotten that the 'Special One' was back in charge of Chelsea.  I'm even more excited now  Smiley

The useless presenter on Sky Sports News earlier was waffling on about how great it would be to see Di Canio and Mourinho on the touchline together.

He wasn't even getting a salary at Telford, they were just covering his expenses.

2 at most i'd guess, It will be on TV which means everyone who wants a ticket will get one.

Won't stop some people queuing at the CG 12 hours before tickets go sale though.

As a ST holder I hope it's 1 per ST.
Why the fuck should I be able to buy 2 seats, I only need 1 for every other game.
