One in, one out at Swindon - Power

DIRECTOR of football operations Lee Power has revealed that Swindon Town are operating a “one in, one out” policy at the County Ground at present, as the club attempt to stick within the Football League’s financial fair play arrangements.

He looks a little bit like Jon Culshaw....

Incidentally if you get a chance (and can wade through the bollocks) listen to the five live football podcast from I think Tuesday night this week. Quite a long discussion regarding the whole principle of a DoF and where it works and doesn't work, also somne discussion regarding a clubs board adopting a football philosophy and ensuring the successive managers follow the principles using Swansea as an example.

Delighted to say there is no Robbie Savage on it, but jason Roberts was discussing it, interesting to hear his thoughts when you consider his imminent arrival at town.

I like Andy Williams for his effort but a move would probably be good for both parties, he is so lacking in confidence.

Sadly Claridge is on there - a man who thinks nothing should have changed since he played. He does drag things down a bit and prevents the conversation advancing with Luddite questioning ( obviously I'm pro DofFs in their varying forms).

But moderately interesting conversation for the last 20 mins of so.
