I do wonder, IF he's aquitted, wether we'll keep him, didn't he only sign until the end of the season? If that's the case I'm sure a bigger club with bigger wages will come in for him as he's clearly able to play in a higher division...I suppose though, a lot rests on our successes throughout the season...

Hopefully he will either:

a. Do well and want to stay longer
b. Do well and get us a big fee when he leaves

Probably why we have gone for El Gabbas insurance for if/when he goes.

Quite sure it's 1 yr with an option for the club to extend.

Depends if the option if just if stfc wish to take it up or if Niall has to agree, to be fair so far he has been a good player and has kept his nose clean but a lot will depend on his court case and what happens.

Isn't he in court in October for something, is it his plea hearing ?

Such a clause would be completely redundant if the player can veto it by not agreeing. The decision on whether or not to extend will be solely up to the club.

And if the club activate and he wants away we get a fee

Unfortunately looks like the leopard hasn't changed his spots

Quote from: The Adver
Speaking yesterday, manager Mark Cooper admitted Ranger had not simply been rested for Tuesday’s clash with Stevenage and when asked why the striker had been left out he answered: “Because he doesn’t behave like the rest of the players and until he does, and shows the rest of the players a bit more respect, he won’t feature.

“I’m not saying any more, but all I’m saying is he has to behave like the rest of the players to be considered for selection.”

Bin him off ASAP, dont care if it makes us a weaker side on the pitch.

Use his wages towards offering a decent deal for Ajose

He's just a complete cunt. Get rid, now.

Hopefully a long stretch in prison might make the clown assess his life.

Genuinely disappointed in this.

It actually looked like he'd changed his ways somewhat...wishful thinking that was.
