Have I missed something here? You mean that for all those years when I was single and spending shed loads going in to nightclubs,buying women drinks in the hope a one would sleep with me I could have actually skipped a couple of levels and just gone to a hotel because if a woman is in a hotel she's already up for it with whoever walks in through the door? Wow, that's amazing!
The other thing I find amazing is that sometimes when I was in a nightclub is that I'd fancy girl A but she'd be with her mate, girl B, who was a bit of a minger and if girl A wasn't up for it I'd use girl be as 'compensation' but, if girl B was a real minger (or there was a C ,D or F mate) I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Now, if the roles were reversed and the girl was happy to sleep with player A who was also in the hotel and, some how at the end of the night, only player left was player Z (a reserve team player on shit wages who can't hit a barn door with a banjo) she might actually say No'

I think a lot of people are under estimating how hard it is for the police to actually bring a case like this to court.
It really does have to be a strong case....with real evidence otherwise it wouldn't have gone this far.
Will be up to the jury to decide if that evidence is strong enough.
If he is found guilty its goodbye for a fair while i reckon...only got to look at Ched Evans to see what he may recieve.
Personally i cannot see how a footballer can give his all to a team with this overhanging him,which is why i believe it is a poor signing......nothing to do with his past record etc.
Playing football these days is tough enough without all that extra baggage.
There are lots of stupid girls who sadly find out the hard way about lifes ups and downs(no pun intended)
There are lots of stupid boys/men also......we have signed one without a doubt.

Try doing a normal job with the potential of a court case hanging over you. Unless you really do not give a shit (I suspect Nile Ranger could not care less, doesn't come much more arrogant a stunt than having your own name tattooed on your loaf) there is no way I could give 100% to my employers when I had the possibility hanging over my head a number of years back. I couldn't eat or sleep properly.
