Hardly sounds a substantial snub with the club saying they wouldn't sell Wes because 'the start of the season is so close'.
So 2 weeks ago they would have been prepared to sell?

Its not remotely irrational, they appear to be becoming the new Huddersfield. However from our own sorry experience such bubbles of financial clout at this level rarely last, so soon they will be back shopping at Aldi with us. |
