It's almost opposite St Josephs school approx 500yds to Drakes Way and Walcot, probably 3/4 mile from Park North 300yds the opposite direction to Tesco's (Ocotal Way).

I went there to have a look and speak to someone and there was no one there at all, which I doubt helps you at all.
All I could find on the net was a map of the layout, like most new developments very squashed in together.
