Still can't believe we are playing the next day, I said to myself that if this is anything more than a tenner I wouldn't go but since looking at the prices I don't know if I can be bothered still. Can't seem more than 4k for this one. Attendance thoughts and line ups? Guessing bedwell , l Rooney, Collins, benson, Navarro, mceverely will all start

I too cant see more than 2,500 there TBH and Brum are playing a fair few trialists if thier other pre season friendlies at Alfreton (3-1 win for Brum) and Shamrock Rovers (4-0 win for Brum) are anything to go by.
I am going for a 3-0 defeat.

Preview from Brum City OS. pre-season fixture against League one side Swindon Town at the County Ground (7.45pm kick-off). Blues boss Lee Clark thoughts on managerless Swindon Town and on them playing Spurs just 24 hours previously. "Playing against a managerless side in pre-season is quite a strange one for us. But whoever is in charge, their players will be out to impress so that they start in the first game of the season.
"The fact that they also had a game against Spurs last night and might change their side around is unimportan to us."
Clark on what he wants his players to gain from the fixture. "What’s important to me, is my players getting what we want out of this game and the three following it. It is about us getting things bedded down tactically and players putting a marker down with regards to the coming season.
"They’ve done the fitness part of pre-season and we're now looking at the personnel and our systems.
"We have one or two little injuries and niggles etc, but that will stand us in good stead this season because we will have to put up with injuries, suspensions etc and learn to deal with it. So it’s about the players getting in the right mentality and doing the right things."
Team news: Clark has confirmed that Jonathan Spector will have surgery on his broken cheekbone today and be out for six weeks. Will Packwood (broken leg) and David Murphy (knee) are making good progress but are still several weeks away from a return to training.
Darren Ambrose (groin) is sidelined for a week and Nikola Zigic has a slight back strain which sees him miss out this evening. Tom Adeyemi (hamstring) and Matt Green (concussion) are doubts, but if they don't travel they should be available for Saturday's fixture against Oxford United.

Didn't cooper say last night it's gonna be the same squad as yesterday?
1-1 boring game justifying the small amount of people there.
It's also on BBC Wilts so I might listen.

We're playing Birmingham on Saturday, so these games will tell us exactly who is currently the better side.

The league table already tells us this.
