We are getting no hot water! The pilot light/ignition sequence doesn't appear to be working. The program buttons work (there is electric). Any ideas?

Hows the water pressure on the boiler?  Is it showing at least 0.5  bar? normally during summer months when the heating is off this drops down to zero... needs to open the valve to top it up..

A cold shower?

Or maybe the pilot light?

It's a gloworm ultimate, you turn the boiler knob to zero then back to anywhere between min and max to start the ignition sequence (including pilot light). It does zilch!

I'll let the qualified service engineers on here respond - i would suggest that anything beyond what I suggest needs a qualified engineer...

Ta. Can I hit it with a lump hammer? It won't help, but it will make me feel better  Smiley

Yay, it's working! There was a loose wire that I pushed back in. Sorted.
