They probably haven't got that new alcohol licence thingy thats been in the news lately. All premises that sell alcohol had to apply for it by the end of last week I believe, or they couldn't carry on selling it.
Its just a guess but knowing our club it's probably true.

Yea the Arkells had alcohol, but thats cos all you holigans in the other stands cant be trusted to handle your drink. Saying that I think I annoyed quite a few Oldham fans last night. I will also do the same on Saturday. Last season was funny when we had the come back V Wednesday cos I had a bright yellow coat  and a Wendy fan reported me to the stewards.  |
